Gran turismo DD extreme is broken
Hello guys, I highly do not recommend buying anything from Fanatec.
Back in early March, I received my bundle and discovered that the display on the steering wheel was broken and the base was making a squeaking sound.
I tried all the firmware and different devices, nothing helps.
I am currently using firmware 457 and FanaLab application version 2.01.32 beta, which have not resolved the issues.
The next day I wrote to support. Over the past couple of months, they have only ignored me and asked me to provide information that I had already provided.(looks like they're kidding)
They do everything to avoid a refund.
But I have the right to return the product within 14 days of purchase!
According to Spanish law its 30 days.
Now my bank is considering a refund, since Fanatec's actions are very similar to fraudulent ones
