I ordered in may and the availability date was 22nd of june. Since my payed Order didnt arrived i wrote an email, to which i didnt get any response (except the automatic one) for two weeks. Now i see that you show buyers in your shop that all the things i ordered are available.

I'm getting more and more frustrated. Whats going on there in terms of customer relations?

    There have been some technical issues with backorders getting stuck in the system. It is being addressed with the highest priority. I have sent you a PM.
