I would like to know information about my order
I hope someone can help me I ordered on 05/15 several components order n ° 1082219 were all available on 15/05 , on 23/06 I received an email saying that my order was "stock processing and I should have received tracking for shipping, since that day I don't know anything anymore. I have sent email to fanatec but I have not had any reply.
I would like to know from fanatec if I have to wait days or months to receive the products ordered several months ago.

I also received that shipping soon email but nothing more also .... Maybe our products were sent to the moon?

What happened with your order, as I've experienced the same issue.
I got the shipping soon email, but nothing since, even though this was between Monday to Friday, which suggests it should have shipped the same week.
