Brake pedal not registering on Fanatec wheel properties Screen

Hi All

Fanatec Clubsport 2.5 wheel base + clubsport V3 inverted pedals... I can bring up brake pedal when connected usb to pc but cant get it to register on fanatic wheel properties and hence no brakes in any games. done updates and firmware updates but no fix vibration works.. please help cant seem to work it out. also tried disconnecting usb and just run through RJ but still not registering?
