DD1 detected in Forza but no other games (PC)

in Wheel Bases (and Racing Wheels)

Haven’t used the wheelbase in a few months, booted it up to find some firmware updates for the wheel and base and motor. Applied all of them, and confirmed all buttons and functions working in the control panel, but the wheelbase isn’t detected in any games except forza horizon 4...


Reverted back to the earlier firmware, updates drivers to the latest beta (352) and still nothing.


Uninstalled everything and reinstalled, nothing.


Any ideas?

    Which games in particular? Some like PC2 need to be in Comp 2.5 mode. You may also need to load a default profile from the game. Also have you tried deleting your device in the control panel then

    Yes I’ve tried 2.5 comp mode in all. Games tried so far are:

    PC2

    F12019

    Dirt Rally 2

    Forza Horizon 4 (working)

    I’ve removed the drivers completely and reinstalled. Are you referring to deleting the drivers directly from device manager?

    SOLVED!

    Disabling generic controller support in steam big picture solved the problem!
