Csw fan issue

Hi all,

Not long ago I bought a second hand v2.5 wheel base. This product exit fanatec warehouse at April of 2019, then normally always under warranty and I have original bill.

Now a have a fan issue on my base. When the fan start to run, he is macking noise, and when the speed increase, noise decrease a little (I can add video if you want)

Then can I return the base on sav and is it necessary?

    Hi Thomas,


    Have you installed the latest driver/firmware 352 to see if that helps? If so and you still experience fan issues then please contact customer support from the main website.

    Yes I did it but with this version I have the heavy wheel issue

    That would just be a matter of adjusting the settings as I am not aware of any issues regarding a Heavy wheel with 352. Is your original issue, the fans, working correctly with 352?

    I can't test fan with this version because I can't play game and the fan problem appear when base start to heat up.
