Clubsport v2 pedals with csl elite wheel for ps4 ps5

I was thinking of ordering the clubsport elite ps4 wheel and I have the clubsport v2 pedals that I would like to use with it. There used to be a cable available to order that converted to rj12 to allow to plug in pedals to wheelbase for use on ps4 ps5. How do I order this cable with my steering wheel order?
