Has fanatec stop providing support?

Hi everyone,


I created a support ticket on august 24th and I haven't received any response. I replied to the confirmation email 3 times and no answer at all?


Do you guys know if Fanatec has simply stopped providing support for their customers because of Covid?


My case is very simple: I need a new sensor and PCB for my clutch and accelerator (Club Sport Pedals V2) so I suppose i need to contact support to request those parts. Does somebody can help me how to proceed for this two parts?


I have been a happy Fanatec customer since 2104 with my pedals, my CSR Wheel and my Fanatec wheelstand until this time.
