Product registering not possible on German website
Hi there,
just for your information:
The registering of products seems to be not possible on the German fanatec.com/eu-de/ website. Everytime I enter the serial numbers from my DD1 PS4 set, at first nothing happens and after a second/third click on the "register product" button, it is said that this product doesn't exists.
Just out of curiosity, I've tried it again today, but this time I have been logged in here in the forum, means on the fanatec.com main website, and now the product serial numbers have been accepted without issue....
