podium R300 base dd1 ps4 impossible to use

in Wheel Bases (and Racing Wheels) 
I have just received my R300 podium, with buttons, when I connect to the ps4, the steering wheel cannot be activated, the buttons do not work. When I connect to my pc for update it recognizes my formula steering wheel but not the r300, no button seems to work on the steering wheel.
What to do ? What is the port on the steering wheel HUB for? I do not have a usb C cable and not provided when buying the steering wheel
Can you help me I'm going crazy.
