Wheel changes mode on its own

After a few days of using ClubSport Wheel Base V2.5 + CSL Elite Steering Wheel P1 for Xbox One I've started having problem with the wheel changing to Xbox mode on its own. It happens when i don't touch any buttons at all. I tried different games and re-flashing the firmware. Nothing helped. Anyone else had this problem?

Hi, had this problem twice. Check if one of the pins is broken or stuck in your base. You should contact support they’ll fix it for you.
Mines doing the same thing! It finally messed up has a . On the led screen and won’t let me changes any settings using the buttons in the will and the base won’t turn off with power button. It’s like the buttons were disabled. The power button turns the base on. And the service button on wheel works. I can scroll threw settings but can’t change them!
Was the same on my side did you check the pins connecting the rim with the base?
Turnes out that the screw holding the wheel to the base got loose, and that caused the mode to change when i aggressivley turned the wheel.
I’ve checked the pins they look good none are missing
