Pretty sure that the load cell is broken. You can use the contact form to discuss with Fanatec Support, but you'll probably need to order one of these: https://fanatec.com/eu-de/accessories/pedal-accessories/sp-clubsport-pedals-v1-v2-load-cell
Before doing so, you can disconnect and remove the load cell to inspect it. You'll probably find that the metal structure has broken somewhere.
