There is no profile loaded, how should Fanalab know what you want it to be displayed?
First: You are running an outdated FanaLab version which is no longer supported. Please update to the latest version 1.54.2.
This might already fix your issue because I think you are on a newer driver and newer firmware which is simply incompatible with this old FanaLab version.
Second: For Project CARS 2 you want to run the DD2 in CSW v2.5 compatibility mode which gives a MUCH better FFB
