New CSW 2.5 isn’t recognized by Fanatec Wheel Property Page

I purchased a new CSW 2.5, tried to hook it up to my PC laptop to update the firmware and drivers.
Unfortunately, the Fanatec Wheel Property Page/Device Manager does not show any devices connected.
I checked the connection to make sure the data cable, power cable, and power to the wheelbase is on.
After multiple installs of the drivers and Fanalab...still can’t get the device to show in the Wheel Property Page.
Any suggestions I may have overlooked?

please try the repair function of your driver. Which driver did you download?
I did try the repair function a few times.
I believe the driver was the 400 version
did you try different USB ports?
I did try a few different ports. But I don’t think I unplugged the base after powering it down. And then restart the process.
Will give it a shot in a little bit, and update.
Still nothing...tried every suggestion I could find. Different ports, unplugging everything, removing and then re-downloading the Fanatec drivers.
Nothing seems to bring up the wheelbase when I run the Fanatec Wheel Property Page.
I don’t know what else to try.
I'm having a similar problem. What was the solution?
