Problem DD1
Hello, if you can help me because I have a problem when I turn on the DD1 base, the equipment goes into suspension or directly it also turns off the computer.
I have formatted and I have put all the characteristics in energy options so that the suspensions do not happen and the computer turns off, does anyone have a solution for this problem?

Is everything powered by a grounded power outlet? Did you try a different USB cable and or port?
Thank you very much for answering, I have everything connected to the ground, I have also tried all the USB that is on the motherboard, it is very strange because when I turn on the DD1 podium base, the computer without me doing anything, the start menu of win10 opening the configuration tab and connecting to search for wireless audio and projection devices and after a few seconds the computer turns off
