I connected the V3 pedals via RJ12 cable to my CSL Elite base on PS4. Steering wheel still works fine, but the pedals don’t do anything. Ideas anyone ?
Mark did fix your v3 pedals , I have just bought a set of v3 pedals and I too have the csl elite wheel base where did you get you RJ12 adapter from is is there any plans to follow to make your own .... thanks.

As per your manual there should be an RJ12 cable included in the box with the pedals.
if you are using a DD use the rj12 cable that came with wheelbase.
what drivers are u using?
when you are on PC mode are pedals being recognized in the Fanatec app on PC?
