CSL Elite Wheel Base PS4 problems

Hello, two months ago I bought the CSL Elite Wheel Base PS4 and until last week everything worked. Last week during a race the wheel started to have a strange FFB and making a really weird friction sound. After I connected the wheel to my pc and I did the FFB test, immediately I noticed that something was wrong because the wheel started to shaking very violently as if it had no resistance. I contacted support attaching the videos of the problems but still no answer.
