Im so sad. New DD2 and Endurance Module showing issues right out of the box

Hi.


I was so happy a few days ago when my new DD2, Podium Hub, Endurance Module and Clubsport Magnetic shifters arrived. But it has quickly turned in to frustration.


The endurance module had a defect OLED screen right out of the box. So created a RMA support request for it straight away. Still waiting for a reply though.


And now after a few days of using the DD2 it has started to drop connection to the wheel during races. And by doing some quick research it is apparently a common issue for the DD wheelbases. So now I have also had to make a support request for that as well.

Was really looking forward to upgrading from a Logitech G27, but this is really not a great start.


Have I just been really unlucky or is quality control not that great for Fanatec products? I had the perception that it was the go-to brand for people that doesn't want to go the full Simucube route.
