PLEASE HELP - CSL Elite CAN'T CHANGE MODES FROM PC TO PS4 (RED MODE TO BLUE MODE)

This problem seems rare. If anyone knows anything, please help me out.

I bought the CSL Elite F1 Set but I can't change the mode on the wheelbase.

When I press the mode button it won't change to blue.

When I hold the mode button, it won't turn yellow.

I have updated it with the latest driver (402) but nothing changes. It stays in red PC mode.

Please send help.

    Look at the buttom of the base - if the sticker says csl elite wheel base v 1.1 its pc an xbox - it wont work on ps4

    I have the CSL Elite F1 set which was licensed for PS4. Even if it was v1.1, it doesn’t matter. I cannot change the mode to anything, it just stays red light pc mode even when I press the button.
