Is Fanatec insolvent?
There are currently no good steering wheels and the wheelbases only have the expensive DD models.
I have been trying to contact Fanatec for over 2 weeks using the form and email, but I have not received an answer until now.
Actually, I would like to invest in my equipment again soon, but the way the webshop looks now, it will be rather difficult at Fanatec.
What's going on, and why is there no answer? What should I think of as a customer?
For the first time I am really disappointed with Fanatec and I hope that something will happen again soon.

Hi Christian, the wild guess (from the announcement of new products in the past months) is that FANATEC has decided to update all the entry level stuff so this is why you dont see so many products in their website.
But I would like to buy Podium Level items.
That's exactly what it's about, not entry level!
And that doesn't explain to me that Fanatec doesn't answer any more requests.
I find that very ignorant and unfriendly to customers.

that's exactly the Porsche 911 GT3 I mean ... that's exactly what I wanted to buy now.
And if you click on this in the advertising banner in the webshop, you come to a page where all products are listed that are no longer sold and are no longer delivered.
That makes me think, the products that are sold out are displayed as sold out and if a delivery date is known, it is also next to it.
And I can't imagine that the webshop is almost sold out from one day to the next. I'm on the site almost every day and have watched it.
Or, bear with me here, be patient! Entry level equipment is great for people on a budget, the Fanatec company does not revolve solely around you and your wishes. Also if you fire requests at them like a machine gun I don’t think they’ll speed up their responses.
I think they’re revising everything since the ClubSport series are getting replaced so the whole website gets redone. I do agree that they should be a little more transparent/clearer in communication as to what they’re doing though.
Many similar threads about this topic and yet no official statement from Fanatec. Are the missing items discounted or being replaced or whatever...
Latest announcements without dates.. they do not cover all that missing products from the webshop.
@Fanatec, putting customers in unknown waters is easy way to drive them away from you.
