APM top paddle shifter doesn't register with ACC

Running ACC on PS5. Anyone have any issue with the game recognizing the secondary (top) paddles on the Advanced Paddle Module? ACC doesn't register the clicks when I try to program the controls. All my firmwares are fully updated, and the tuning menu shows that the paddles are working. Anyone else run into this issue?
