DD1 NO FORCE FEEBACK AFTER PC RESET

We have a DD1 that was working fine until I had to reset our PC and now we have no force feedback at all.
PC driver 402, WB FW 684, WQR FW 6, WB Motor 40
It's in PC mode.
FFB test is ok.
Trying to use it in iRacing (and have been for a year).
ANY IDEAS WELCOME

Try deleting the driver. Restart. Then reinstall the driver. Restart again. Now does it work?
