PS4 podium DD broken USB port

so I managed to break the USB port of ps4 DD base , and was wondering if anyone knows if fanatic sells the main board for replacement ?
as I want to avoid shipping the base back to fanatic for repairs which I assume would take a very long time and risk of damage during transportation.
I have reached out to fanatic support and awaiting reply but wanted to know if anyone has had a similar issue themselves ?

I would suggest to sent it back and done properly by Fanatect support so you can keep your warranty as well and not void it.
Have you tried using the adapter that ends with a usb type-a port so that you plug into your laptop?
