E Stop button problem

I just received my DD2. If the E Stop button is plugged into the back of the base the base does not turn on from either the button or the back of the base. I tried unplugging the E Stop button and when I do that the I can then turn on the base but while it is on if I plug the E Stop in the base turns off.

Thoughts?

    Hi Edward,

Is the stop button locked in the stop position? You have to twist it to unlock it.

If that's not the reason, then I suggest you contact support. You can create a Support Ticket via the My Products section of your Fanatec account, or you can reach them via the Live Chat feature, open Monday to Friday, 8 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 4 p.m. (CEST). The live chat is active whenever you see this icon:

  • I will check this when I get home this evening and if not I will then reach out to Support. Thanks!

  • Dominic Thanks!!! That is what was the issue. I needed to twist to reset the button and now it works just fine.
