csl elite dead usb connection.

Fanalab stopped recognizing the wheel base. Went through all the steps. Starting to think the usb plug in on the back is the problem. Its pretty loose and sloppy when plugged in, and have read stuff about it's connection to the circuit board being not that great.
Anyone dealt with this? Is is fixable?

I've the same issue, out of the blue the connection is lost with my PS4
