Invoice and problem on my account

Sorry for my english,

I receive a mail the 18 november for explain that my order is in process.

After that, few days ago on my account there is an invoice and my order HAS BEEN process! And my warranty is 31 october for my alimentation (day of my order) and 18 november for my wheel base.

Now, there are my order IS IN process .... The warranty have disappeared of my account and there are always my invoice of 18 november.

Please for explain

    Hi Damien,

    Please contact customer service, it sounds like a bug that is preventing the warranty information from displaying correctly. You can be sure that your warranty always starts from the day that the products ships to you, not from the day you place the order.

    You can use the 'Contact' button at the top of the site, and then select the option 'I have a question about my order'. OR you can try the Live Chat, which is active whenever you see the headset icon on the page:
