PC wont recognize wheelbase in PC mode

my pc wont recognize my wheelbase in PC mode only in comp. mode.
I just up graded my CPU and ram that couldn't be the problem could it?
Has this happened to anyone before?

Only in Compatibility mode? That is weird. You'll probably have to take a video of this and write a support ticket.
Not really.
He can try to repair the driver when the base is in PC mode so the correct USB device driver gets installed.
Other solution might be to uninstall the driver and reinstall the driver, all with the base powered on and in PC mode.
And last solution might be to just switch USB Port.

ill try that when i get off work tonight, didn't think of the USB port.
and i think i already repaired the drivers/reinstalled but i was in comp mode when i did it
