Shippment cancelled by sender
Ordered the whole suite on November 13th 202, over 3000 dollars worth of product and paid for overnight shipping
Was told my order wouldn't be processed until Dec 8th because of a pre-order issue
Waited til then. Finally got my tracking number and waited all day for my package
Only 2 of the items I ordered came in and when I went to check on the rest it said the shipment had Been cancelled by sender
My credit card has still been charged and I'm not getting any response from customer support
I'm am super frustrated

Did you try the live chat from the website?
I just got the same thing today. Got an email saying that my order went into “warehouse processing“ then 3 hours later got a second email saying my order was shipped via USPS and included the tracking number. I check the tracking number an hour later and it says "Label Cancelled December 10, 2021, 12:00 AM". So now I have no idea if my order was shipped or I got a "shipped" email in error.
