    Exactly, agree 100%. If you don't like to see people "complaining" or voicing their opinions when they feel they are being done wrongly, you could also take your own advice and Move On to another thread/post. I commonly read product reviews, and many times company reviews, to see what the major flaws are or problems I might be getting into. Customer complaints as long as they are authentic are extremely important feedback and informative to other consumers, even if the companies that they are directed at (in this case, Fanatec) don't care to listen...

    Oh, and also, if you are on this site, it's safe to assume that you are a supporter of Fanatec, to some extent, in some way, shape or form -- all of us here are...otherwise, shouldn't you spending your time on Thrustmaster, Simicube, etc. forums instead? Therefore, shouldn't you WANT Fanatec to do better???????? Rather than give them a pass and telling customers who are not getting what they paid for to stop complaining and just go with another company? How is that improving Fanatec's products, that we are all here for, in the long run?🤷

  • I too thought maybe he was dreaming. That would be huge news and no way the US trade commission would allow them to merge. I do hope he explains what he witnessed, Lol.

    In the UAE, there were 4 times ( from March 2020 till today) that I got UPS deliveries from Spain (UPS AWB for spare parts from CUPRA factory) that were delivered at the race track in FedEx trucks. So no dream there. Might not be a merge but collaboration then in some cases or countries.

    Moreover trade commissions have "fucked up" several times on what to allow or not.

    For example check the clusterfuck of the European Trade Commission blocking the purchase of TNT from UPS in 2013 (if I remember correctly) and some years later they allowed FedEx to buy TNT. Then UPS took them at courts asking for 2 billions claims for that.

  • If I take lettered mail with a postage stamp to my local UPS Store, they will send it out for me. However this doesn't mean they UPS and USPS are merging. I think the couriers might help each other out here & there (or collaborate, as you say) when it's convenient...

  • Fedex at it again. Two of my packages are getting regular updates as they make their way to North Dakota. The third (quick release) seems to be stuck in California still. What a gong show.

    FedEx up to their fuckery again. But, also, why does FANATEC need to ship 3 devices that can into 1 single box, into 3 different shipments? Idiotic logistics. I don't even see how that saves them money. Best of luck getting your complete order in a timely manner.

  • What I don't understand is that FedEx uses Air Shipping globally. I didn't think that was affected until it gets to customs. So as long as at the time of order there was stock it should have at least been handed off to FedEx. Same with UPS and DHL. I know that when I've order stuff recently DHL is usually used. I've gotten my stuff pretty much on time or better from China to the US. Mosty eBay stuff and the one-time VKBsim purchase. Between September - December 2021.

  • This is ridiculous. This is the message they are sending when you ask about an order update. 1-4 to dispatch your order. This is a complete lie. It's been about 7 business days so far.

  • They copy and paste answers without looking at your specific case. They told me the Express GT DD PRO is a preorder and it won’t ship until everything in my order is ready to ship (it only has the express bundle in it). Then they said I had to order before Dec 17 for it to ship before Christmas but I placed the order on Dec 13. I never got a response after this.

  • Update. My order placed 2 weeks ago still has not shipped. Received an email from Fanatec saying they received tons of containers to unload. IDC what they received. If you say order processed and tell me my order will ship soon. I expect it to ship withing 1-2 days. If your unable to do that then let your customers know their order will be delayed and don't tell them it will ship soon. Where is the mass email to customers advising were 2 weeks behind shipping in stock orders. It's a joke. I think Fanatec has sold millions of dollars in equipment this year and they are absolutely killing it. So much so that they don't have time to offer customer service. They must be in a deep hole of orders. Oh how must it feel to have so many orders the customer experience doesn't matter anymore. They've got us begging for our products now.

  • Has anyone received anything ordered from Fanatec the first 2 weeks of December?

    I ordered on the 11th and I'm still waiting for tracking. This is absolutely absurd. Still no email from Fanatec and no one from customer service provided a meaningful timeline.

  • I've order the DD Pro express, the boost kit, and the button caps & stickers set all separate the past week. I am hoping it will ship before the inventory starts. Everything that I have ordered in the past has shipped within or around a week later. Hopefully, shipping will be soon!

  • The DD Pro was shipped yesterday and the boost kit today. Ordered on December 27th. Not bad at all considering the Holidays!

  • Just wanted to provide an update on my order. I have finally received it but have not fully set it up yet.

    September 18th: Order placed for CSL DD w/ Boost Kit, QR1, and CS Formula V2.5X wheel, with November 29th availability (US) on the CSL DD.

    November 25th: Received email stating my order has been delayed until January 3rd due to covid delays.

    December 10th: Received email that my "Item has been processed".

    December 22nd: Shipping label created by Fedex.

    December 28th: 2 of 3 packages delivered to US Parcel Service

    December 30th: Remaining package (quick release) delivered to US Parcel Service


    Border closure made it a bit of a challenge after that so I had to get a 3rd party service to pick up my Order and it was finally delivered yesterday. Quality of the items is pretty damn good. The Clubsport Formula v2.5x wheel feels great, a little overwhelming with the amount of buttons there are haha. I'll fire it up today and get it all updated. Hopefully no update issues after this long of a wait.


    I also had to contact Fanatec to update the warranty information on the QR and wheel as they were showing September 18th. It's been updated to December 10th now, which is the processed date. My order still shows as processing on the Fanatec website so it must not get updated frequently and I've never received any emails directly from Fanatec about my order being shipped.

  • Sounds great. Lucky you. I actually realized I placed my order on 12/17 and not 12/11 like I thought. That was the date I was advised my previous order would ship but did not go out until like the 23rd.

  • Update. My order was actually placed on 12/17 and not on 12/11 like I thought. It finally shipped on 1/4 many days after it was said to have been processed. It's currently in transit set to arrive 1/6. I finally received an email from Fanatec customer service on 1/4 once the item had shipped telling me the item had shipped with a sincere apology acknowledging widespread issues. Up to that point, all my CSR email responses were short and pervasive. Wish they could have sent that initially. I guess all is well that ends well. I kind of want to order an F1 will but understand that it will take at least 3 weeks to arrive maybe 3.5 weeks. That is an unbelievable timeline for an item that is in stock. Stoneage timelines. Lol.

    Hello guys,

    About warranty, do you confirm a 2-year period like described below :

    Indeed, I did an order, with a one-year additional warranty

    All items but CSL DD have their original warranty duration of 2-year, but CSL DD not only have a minimum of 2 year (then without the extension) but it has its warranty duration shortened !?

    Is there an explanation ? Do you confim it is a mistake from Fanatec ?
