Fanatec V2.5 FFB suddenly not working?

It was working fine 2 days ago, but not when I switched on yesterday - no FFB. I messed about with it trying to figure out the problem. I tried again today and still no FFB. My Fanatec clubsport BMW steering wheel is being picked up ok and steers and changes gears ok. When I test the wheel properties I can get the vibration effect but not the FFB - normally doing a FFB test gives a really violent shaking as you probably know. I tried my other Fanatec formula carbon wheel and the same issue. I have tested with Automobilista 2 Assetto Corsa and ACC - none of the games give FFB with either wheel. The problem is clearly with the V2.5 base then. Any ideas anybody?
I have uninstalled and reinstalled fanatec and fanalab and updated to the latest drivers - still no FFB. I have attached the error log below which makes no sense to me I'm afraid! Can anybody read anything into this and tell me how to solve my issue?
