Base DD1 podium don't work after Firmware 434 upgrade

I launched the 434 firmware update on my DD1 podium base.
At some point the installation stopped.
This error occurred when the PC was restarted and the base was turned on

at this point I started the base by pressing the power button for ten seconds to launch the Bootloader mode
and then press the Flash Firmware key
However, there is no basis in Fanatec software
if I restart the PC or the base, this is the error that continues to exist
I have the base for about a year and it has always worked very well.
I also tried to change the USB input port but nothing has changed
in the WIN 10 control panel this is the icon of how to learn the base

Hope someone can help me solve this problem

  • Hi,

I have the same sort of problem. With my DD1 Podium. My solution was to manual update the software.

But now with the 434 driver installed it wil disconnects the wheel on random moments its really annoying. I have to cycle between the modes like pc ps4/ps5 etc to connect it again. I think driver 434 is not the answer for the Podium DD1 users. Also if you post this problem on the forum just what i did. Really no body response.

Its quite incredible to have the most expensive system they offer and we have to deal with this sort of problems. And really sad to say that they don't have a solution for this problem.

I hope Fanatec wil help the DD1 podium users soon.

    Greetz,

    Mike
