The driving station is connected to the xbox x series and i play to:

Forza horizon 5.
The updates are done via laptop connecting everything with fanatec usb cables:

Intel core i7
Windows 11
The problem I have with my fanatec is that when I take a hard corner with 1 of the games listed above, my workstation shuts down completely, on the TV screen I get the message reconnect controller, the xbox remains on. I turn on the podium dd2 again but no more ffb .
The podium dd2 power supply has a fan that doesn't turn and makes a very annoying low sound.

Hard cornering can be where the motor is drawing the most power. The fact that your workstation shuts down during this moment suggests that it could be a general power issue - like it is overloading the amount of power being drawn from the mains. If you have lots of devices connected via power splitter this could be the problem. Or it could be related to the connection between the wheel and the base. You could check the bolts near the electrical pins inside the quick release (both wheel and base sides).

Have you fixed your issue? I have a similar issue with a DD1 (same wheel/rim). It will shut off while in game after about 5min or so, also when I am turning. I have had my DD1 for 1 day
