GT DD Pro just delivered - Corner is smashed. Whats best/fastest process for RMA?

Just picked up GT DD Pro from post office. Corner of it is smashed. The box looked slightly damaged.. But fairly normal for shipping. Inside the GT DD Pro box actually looked a little worse on that corner. Pedals and everything else is fine. But a corner on DD back where plastic meets the metal - smashed into pieces. I was shocked. No damage at all to the pedals.

I already sent email to customer support. It said 2 - 3 days wait. I waited since Nov for this baby. How can I get the ball rolling on an RMA quickest?

    You have already done all you can do by submitting a support ticket.

    You could try the online chat when it is available. Depending on where you are at though, it might be challenging time wise.

    I am in the US and they are in Germany so my window for chat with them is like 5-6am........
