Wheel rattle

I just got my Gran Turismo CSL DD, and the wheel rattles, it sounds like there is a loose piece in the wheel. Is it possible to open up the wheel to get the loose part out or should I contact Fanatec about it.

There's something loose in the steering wheel. Maybe a screw
Send it back. I suspect it is constructed cheaply with plastic clips. One of them may have broken and that is what is rattling. Even more likely - you will break more plastic clips opening the wheel, which will complicate any warranty claim. Let Fanatec fix it.
I got mine today and has some little piece of plastic rattling inside barely noticeable but I’m going to see in fanatec will send a replacement
