Fanatec Firmware Manager Crashing

Hi,
Just received my GT DD Pro with Clubsport Universal V2 (PC/PS version) and V3 pedals. When trying to update my firmware I was able to do so for my pedals and the wheel base, but having massive issues updating Universal Hub's firmware, manager just freezes and crashes all the time. Decided to try doing so on my 2nd PC but it's exactly same issue, it detects old firmware, I click update and it freezes during "Please wait" part of installation, same way as my primary PC. I made sure both my GT DD pro and Universal Hub are connected using USB3.0, also tried previous drivers (both 343 and 349) same issue everywhere...
It's quite disappointing tbh that in order to use this setup on PS5 I need to update firmware using PC and even tho I have 2 PC's I can't get this to work on either of them.

Hi Adam,
It sounds like there might be a connection problem with the Universal Hub. I recommend opening a support ticket via the My Products section of your Fanatec account.
