Clubsport F1 Esports V2 with GT DD Pro Base

Hi everyone, yesterday I received my GT DD PRO Bundle and the Clubsport F1 Esports V2 wheel.
No problem with the bundle, I have problems when I'm trying using the GT DD Pro base with the F1 Esports V2 wheel, as soon as I clip the wheel in, it start spinning left to right and keep it going forever, it's like the base can't recognise it.
1 out of 10 time the base recognise the wheel but, as soon as I try to update the wheel firmware, it keeps spin just like I described.

it works totally random, here's the log error every time I try to update the wheel firmware
