UPS are so bad, time for a change Fanatec. My last parcel sat in the Herne-Boernig depot for days as it twice cleared after the "scheduled transport departure". Once I can understand but twice? Now the same thing has happened again, absolute joke...

    use digital motor sports way better and they have customer service that awnswer the phone....and they use DHL not fail ups

    For me, UPS has worked without faults on multiple shipments from Fanatec containing multiple parcels. FedEx, on the other, who delivered for Playseat, failed in some way or another on every single parcel.
