No ticket number when submitting support request?
hi all,
when submitting a support request via the fanatec online form is it normal to not receive any feedback (e.g something like "thanks for submitting a request. we'll get back to you etc") after pressing submit? seems like it just reloads the page and I have no email confirmation either.

You should receive an automated email with a ticket number. Maybe try a different browser?

As Faizel says, you should immediately receive an automated email to confirm that we have received your ticket.
