Cancelled and re-ordered separately.
I had one main order of the CSW V1.1, the Formula V2 wheel and LC pedals.
The availability dates were all different for the month of June, and then it changed to July 24th. I searched through the forum and on reddit and quite a few people cancelled their order and ordered everything individually.
So, I decided to do that(ordered everything June 16th) and I actually ended up paying just a little more in shipping overall, but they just notified me this morning that the CSW V1.1 base is shipping out already.
No date for the wheel yet. I actually decided to go with the V3 pedals this time and that shows June 26th.
Also got my refund being processed back into my account as well.
Hopefully everyone gets their situation resolved in one way or another!

I assume you mean CSL v1.1. This has been available to ship the entire time. Its not much use without the wheel and pedals lol.

I also ordered V3 pedals at start of June. Also says 26th. Be interesting to see if we both receive them around the same time.
can I ask how long it took for the order to cancel and the refund to process?
I cancelled yesterday and my refund is already showing up on my paypal today, still needs to be "fully" processed but it seems fanatec has done their part, just waiting on the bank system now.
