I'm calling on you to form action plan FANATEC

With massive delays in EU like you have dear Fanatec.

You should implement following steps to ensure customers are being serviced right.

  1. Start communicating!
  2. Verify and inform customers if some products on their order are out of stock
  3. Start shipping based on order placement date
  4. Inform customers daily where the queue is, for which order date, all orders were shipped out.

Obviously this just a base outline, but those steps should be taken to improve your customer relations and reduce volume of customer queries you're getting now.

  • I agree, no contact from Fanatec to my emails regarding the order. Waiting for more than a week on any info about my order

  • It looks like they don't want to communicate.

    I waited several weeks for my order, only to get it DOA (QC Stickers are on it btw).

    Maybe get an Wheel from a different brand, because if you have a look on Trustpilot etc you can see, that Fanatec support is not customer oriented.

  • It's been 10 days since I ordered the DD pro and no news of my order, no response to the email sent?? FANATEC can you give me information on my order because we are not on the same deadline announced even if you warn of the delay

  • This is possibly the worst run company i have had the displeasure of dealing with, and trust me I have dealt with some shockers ,


    I have heard nothing on my order and will be taking it further for recompense,

    The audacity to list new products for preorder when such issues are at hand is nothing short of insulting , I also saw a post today that they are actively attending events to showcase new products, usually this sort of behaviour indicated cash flow issues within the company in which they require business in order to fulfill outstanding orders, this judgement is backed up by their lack of recompense offers, such costs could be passed on to the liable parties causing delays should this be the true reason I predict its just passing the book however, i am fortunately in a financial position where I am able to make this quite costly for them should I need to, complete miss selling still at hand on their listings "ships within 4-7 days" if I haven't heard back by Monday 16th I will start proceedings and keep you all updated.

  • Hi Sam. Any update on your issues? I’m on day 26 and still no sign of my wheel! I’ve got expensive Fanatec ornaments on my rig that I cannot use!

    also, like you I cannot contact them at all. No email replies, no phone lines, not Twitter…

    This is my first time dealing with them as a customer and it’s not great so far…!
