Export forms not being done for deliveries to UK
I noticed from my order via UPS that my delivery is being returned to Fanatec, because there was no export form. It got as far as Hamburg. This has now happened to a number of people (from Reddit). Is this a mistake on Fanatec's part seeing as UPS have stated the export form needs to come from them. How will this be resolved? Is it the case that I will just have to wait longer? At this point I think I would rather cancel my order and buy from a UK supplier.

i not know what happens with they uk delivery but, this forum is full off reports lately that there is a export papers missing for uk customers
Thanks, Allan. I did look, but didn't there was anything specific said. Do you know how to cancel an order, because since ordering the pedals quite literally the day after I did, I never had the option to cancel. It always showed a fully shipped and I could never cancel.

Yeah that’s just happened to me now.
‘’UPS initiated contact with the sender to obtain clearance information. Once received, UPS will submit for clearance.
/ The package will be returned to the sender.

cant believe this is still happening, should of been fixed months ago. I regularly deal with EU companies and they fixed there export issues about a year ago. Delays yes but never incomplete paperwork.
oddly the QR2 that I ordered has gone thru and is on its way.
Does your parcel get out of Hamburg before its returned there?

No, but it changed to on the way. But that was back to fanatec and not me.
