I canceled my pre-order. How quickly is the money usually refunded to the card?
I canceled my pre-order for the Clubsport DD+ and am now waiting for the money to be returned, but I would like to know the duration of the refund process from those who have already done it.

I'm curious of this as well. I'm about to cancel my DD+ too. I wonder how long I have to wait until I can dispute with my credit card company?

Last time for me took about a week
I cancelled an order and it took a week to get my money from the day i cancelled. It was not DD+ It was a BF order for the Replica Sparco Rim. I noticed it was alcantara.... And i didn't read it properly.
But. If you have seen here and everywhere. Everyone is having different experiences with timing. I've seen some go out weeks and months. So I don't think it's super possible to give any accurate numbers right now.
I mean how long did you wait you just have to wait a couple of more days and you know if it will be shipped or not then you can always cancel your order no? But yeah you do what you whant to do
If you cancel the order by the Button in the webshop you'll get your money in 3 to 4 days back.
If you cancel it over the support it taken longer
I cancelled my order on Jan 8 and received the money back in my PayPal today.
I also placed an order from fanatec on January 4, 2024 and to date it is still being processed. In recent days I was thinking of asking for a refund but then instead I thought and decided to put my trust in fanatec! I just hope I don't regret this choice in the future, I don't want to get sick from the forum and I want to see what and how fanatec will behave.
For the benefit of other potential customers, can you update us on when your order changes status, what the ETA was and hopefully when out arrives?
I'm waiting for the qr2 which should arrive on January 17th.

Is that email for the clubsport DD+? If so, I'm sure it's not accurate. They changed mine to 1/10/24 and I still haven't heard a word and it still states "in-process"
I got my refund within 4 days.
