Received a bricked wheelbase back from RMA

In May of this year, the base screen on my podium DD1 was dead. The wheelbase was working, however, the screen wouldn't turn on no matter what I tried. Sent a support ticket, and after a long time, an RMA was initiated in September.

I sent the base out at the beginning of October and received it by the end of the month. I noticed some beats and bangs on the outside of the box that were not there when I sent the package back (All in the original packaging). I opened the box up, plugged it in, and the base won't turn on. I have to hold the power button for it to do anything, and when it does, it spins to find it's initialization position and then stops at said initialization position. I can hold the button for 2 minutes and it doesn't move, and as soon as I release the power button, the power cuts and the base shuts off. Keep in mind, that I sent in a WORKING wheelbase with a minor issue, and received a bricked wheelbase that I can't use.

This is my last-ditch effort to contact support. When I first received the base, I sent in a support ticket through the website and got confirmation through the site but not through email. I tried replying to my old support ticket, but there has been no response. I will be trying to make a new support ticket in the coming days, but have been holding off to try not to create multiple tickets.

  • Here’s the ticket number for the support thread before it was sent in for RMA. CRM : 000021600006174

Don’t have access to the latest support ticket ID that I tried to send in after I got the base back.

Thank you for the quick response!

    Joe
