No movement on RMA 71369 / 73326

Long story but..

Had a faulty funky switch on Clubsports Formula V2.0 Xbox version.

Sent it in and got quote for a replacement new 2.5 Xbox version back in August.

Then they shipped the plain PC 2.5 that I got prepaid return RMA/73326 (since they shipped the wrong one) and its been received back in Texas Oct 29 and thats all.

I've responded to both RMAs and still no update on my 2.5 Xbox version.

    RMA 71369. I had to send in my broken Clubsports Xbox Formula V2.0 wheel. Was received as I got a quote and paid immediately for a replacement new V2.5 for a discounted price.

    When the order processed it was marked as a plain Clubsports Formula V2.5 wheel not the X for xbox version.

    I contacted support on the running RMA 71369 and told them of the error. They responded within a day. Said they would amend the order immediately and dispatch a xbox v2.5.

    So sure enough another wheel turns up in my products and then a UPS package arrives.

    Sure enough its the WRONG wheel the plain 2.5. I replied again to 71369 got a quick response and as I didn't open any packaging as the box clearly shows its a 2.5 not a 2.5X. I was instructed to open it completely and verify the wheel physically and send a picture. Yep its a 2.5 plain.

    So I'm told a shipping return will be quickly generated. I will then repackage and return this Clubsport Formula 2.5 wheel and get my 2.5X xbox edition after its received.

    Then email arrives as a new RMA 73326, subsequently followed by a logistics email quoting 73326 to return with a prepaid UPS label from me to Texas repair (where I sent in my wheel in the first place). Asked to clearly mark the RMA 73326 on the box, did so.

    Its been received back Oct 29. Now responded to BOTH RMAs asking where is the dispatch of my new V2.5X wheel.

    That is where it is now frozen. First RMA faulty wheel was received a week later I got the quote.

    But this time its a month and no responses on the tickets. Don't know which one as is it the first or second?

    That is the story where it is now.

    Thanks for the reply. Somethings been started as when I was grabbing the correspondence dates, etc I saw latest email indicating an order on a Xbox V2.5 wheel.

    Thanks for your quick response. Yes, we shipped the wrong one. We sent a V2.5 instead of a V2.5 X (XBOX version) and I want to apologize for all the inconveniences.


    I have started an RMA to send the wrong steering wheel to our workshop. You will be provided with shipping instructions in a separate email, shortly.


    Once the steering wheel has been arrived, our warehouse will send out the correct replacement (ClubSport Formula Steering Wheel V2.5 X). You will be notified about the shipment in a separate email.
