Have I been ripped off?

I bought the csl dd with v2 pedals bundle at the start of october(order no. 2025524), it worked brilliantly for 2 hours and then died and wouldnt turn on again. Contacted support had the expected back and forth answering questions, sending video and photos etc. resulting in support saying they would send a repair RMA. I was not happy about this as I had just received it brand new and thought it should be replaced. I said I wanted my money back on the whole bundle if this is how I was going to be treated. That was ignored and I was sent a repair RMA for the wheel, wheelbase and QR2. I went along with this because at the end of the day I just want what I paid for so I can get back to simracing asap. Several days after Fanatec had received the items back but I had not heard anything I put in a complaint about the whole situation which was answered by the person who dealt with the support ticket apologizing for misunderstanding the situation and that I was right it should of been a replace RMA originally, and that he was in the process of sorting it out. That was on November the 20th, I replied asking when the replacement would be sent and got a reply saying he was just waiting on comfirmation from the technician. Havent heard anything since and have been ignored when I ask what is going on.
