Order status still in process.
Hello Fanatec.
I have placed the order on the 3rd of January and the status of the order is still in process although the item is in stock now. Is there any chance to get an update about order and potential shipping date ?

I have exactly the same problem. I have ordered pedals, steering wheel and a direct drive base on the 3rd of January. All items are in stock but my order is still in progress. However, my account was debited on January 6. Is it possible to have an update about my order ?

Bad news for me
CSL DD QR2 (8 nm) seems to be sold out at this date. I think I will never get my order :(
I know this is not the best news but at least there is information, the delay for me is not a surprise taking in to account what is happening currently everywhere around the world.
I placed my order on 31st of December 2024. My status is "The order is in process". One of the items was not in stock till 13th, so I expect they to send me something until next week as stated on the website (4-7 days)
My order was supposed to be delivered tomorrow. However, a package was lost in the Fanatec warehouse. For ups, the package was never picked up, so I can't make a claim. For Fanatec customer service, ups has the package. I left for several weeks without equipment.
