DD1 wheelbase issue
Last week I went to turn on my wheelbase, and nothing came up on the display. It was still recognized by the control panel, but it did not work on Iracing. I tried to fix this myself by updating to the new driver since I was on the old one, but after that the wheel spun then shut off. I then looked to the AI chatbot for help, which told me to update the wheelbase through bootloader mode. I tried that, but it did not update. I think this might have happened since it does not stay on. Now when I try and turn it on the wheel spins, then the power button blinks for a few seconds and turns off. I sent a support ticket last week but never got a response. Anyway I could fix this?
This screen also comes up whenever I turn it on

I have the exact same issue with my DD1. Now as soon as I plug in the USB that Base Updater pops op showing exactly what it shows on you screenshot.
Been trying to resolve it for some hours now. When I connect the USB the power button starts flashing and it tries to flash the V3.3.0.1 firmware but then turns off when it shows what the screenshot above is showing. For some reason there is also nothing showing on the OLED display.
It started when I was not even using the wheel, I heard the USB disconnect sound, the display went off and after that it would not boot anymore.
Hey Brian! That sounds frustrating, and we’re here to help. If the wheelbase spins and powers off, it’s likely stuck in an incomplete firmware update or has a hardware issue. Since you’ve already tried updating in bootloader mode and it didn’t resolve the issue, the best steps now are:
