Fanatec customer services not responding after 1 month!!!
I have an issue with no brake pedal response on my CSL Clubsport V3 pedals, I sent a request for advice or parts - Ticket 2008002509 and have had no response apart from 2 automated emails ASKING ME TO RATE YOUR SERVICE!!!!

Apparently support no longer exists. I was sent a completely defective wheel base and steering wheel. I do not receive any support and the revocation will not be processed. I'll contact my lawyer tomorrow. €1,400 for electronic waste...
Can anyone offer any advice, or somewhere I can purchase a brake loadcell for clubsport V3 please in the UK preferably or Europe, last resort the US?

I just bought the DD+, BMW wheel v2, CLS Pedals v2 and Shifter... but there is a problem on the load cell of the break pedal. Set to minimum the BRF it should happen that "At the lowest BRF value, it should be possible to apply 100% brake input with one finger." (I'm quoting Dominic Brennan, Fanatec Community Manager), whereas I can not go over 20% pushing hard as hell.
I opened a ticket (2008081452) on 11/1, no answer yet... Everything is brand new... I couldn't even try it for a lap... well, I can but with no break! :-(
I use my rig about 1.5 hours a week, everything was bought 28 months ago approx. During quali for that evenings race, I heard/felt a click from brake pedal, 2 corners later i hit a wall cause brake failed. Accelerator and clutch work perfectly, there seems to be no damage/mechanical failure tyat I can see, brake feels the same as it did (I use it thi k from memory one green and one red insert from performance kit) so after a bit of research as brake doesn't register at all, it seems load cell has failed. I explained this in my initial ticket to them in Dec and asked if there was any advice, or anything I could show them via photo, or video and if I could buy the part, zero answer. A week, maybe two coming up to Christmas I would possibly expect a delay, but 6 weeks later and zero response is 100% unacceptable, especially as I came from 'inferior ' Thrustmaster, I can tell you this, their product didn't fail after 6 years, dealt with their customer services once and response was same day. As they say, high price is not a guarantee of good quality or good service. On their website it states this:-

Just to make you aware just in case you haven't checked, Fanatec did actually respond to me approx 5 days after sending my original ticket, the reason it wasn't seen is because it was in my Junk folder, so if you haven't checked, I suggest that you do. Cheers
No worries I opened a ticket in december 2023 after 14 months just received tracking number from Fedex and believe or not total for 14 months of email 43 emails absolutely ridicilous. I hope Corsair will change that in future one time I wait 3 monts for a answer.

Tbh that's totally unacceptable, I'd have definitely cancelled via credit card company if I'd waited a quarter of that.
