Hi there!
I order a GT DD Extreme Januar 2.
Before ordering I read in the blog that they wouldn't handle orders before Januar 7.
To my suprise, the order was ready to pick up Januar 6.
This is one day earlier than they told me.
UPS was not the best experience, because of too much snow on the roads here in Norway, the shipment was delayed two days. Received my order today, January 15.
Thats 8 buisness days.
In september, I had to send my GT DD pro for repair.
The RJ45 cable housing was loose.
This job took two weeks, from sending to reciving, Norway - Germany.
I'm a very happy Fanatec customer, they get a lot of bad rewievs these days, so I just wanted to tell they also have satisfied customers!

perhaps the region issue, Norway still handled in Europe self

How lovely that Fanatec respond to those people are happy and ready to sing their praises - yet those that are not happy are left without a comment or update. :-)
I am happy for those that get a good response and are happy with the service. I mean that sincerely - it's good to know it's not an issue for everyone.
