Fanatec shop error

I’m doing another forum post because I’m really trying to figure this out. Fanatec doesn’t answer emails but I saw that they are active on the forums. I ordered a R2R bundle on 30/12/2024 and since then I haven’t recieved any news about my order. The problem is that on the site I don’t have any info about my order besides “Your order had not been processed yet, not even an order number or the date.

The order is paid via credit card. Fanatec please reach out to me.
